VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
Hybrids are found in abundance such as lavandin. These are NOT the species
that should be chosen for health care use. These hybrids contain camphor as
the main constituent and yield ten times the volume of essential oil as
compared to true lavender. Therefore the application of lavandin on a burn
would only worsen an already traumatic situation. Several individuals have
used an over the counter lavender oil on burns with extremely negative
reactions to their injuries. True lavender essential oil (Lavandula
agustifolia) has a medicinal detergent-like smell, although it contains
little or no camphor. Hybrids have a distinguishable sweet floral odor.

Lemon and Peppermint reduce the acidic pH of the intestinal tract.
v For Blood Detoxification:
Lemon essential oil is a natural cleansing agent and increases oxygen flow.

rinse cycle of wash. When diffused it makes an excellent air disinfectant.
v For Cooking:
Excellent added to any dish or dessert.
v

Lemon’s antiseptic and antiviral properties support the immune function.
According to Jean Valnet, M.D., diffused lemon kills meningococcus bacteria
in 15 minutes, typhoid bacilli in one hour, Staphylococcus aureus in
two hours, and Pneumococcus bacteria within three hours.

applying peppermint directly around (not inside) the targeted area.
NOTE: It is not necessary to dilute peppermint for the usual
body areas. Light stokes on facial or any tender area is enough to
relieve pain, especially on children’s scrapes and scratches. In
general, a single application brings remarkable relief very quickly.
Applications can be repeated as needed. Once the pain has stopped,
